The construction materials testing industry faces a severe shortage of qualified inspectors.
Most companies struggle to find certified field and lab personnel. Sierra Geotech saw this as an opportunity.
Instead of waiting for the workforce to catch up, we built our own training academy—a prestigious program that has already produced more than 40 field inspectors since 2023.
